Expectations for Promotion
At the end of 4th Grade:
-
Students must score at least 60% on a final math assessment (This is Benchmark 4)

Students must score at least a 60% on the final ELA assessment (This is also Benchmark 4)

Students must average a 70% grade for the entire school year in all subjects.

Students must be reading and comprehending at or above grade level by the end of the academic school year as measured by:

Instructional Level T
Lexile within the range of 650-700

Classroom Behavior Plan

First offense - Redirect & quick intervention
-
Second offense - Safe seat ( 5 minutes) or until you are ready to rejoin the community

Third offense - Buddy room and note home to parent/guardian

Fourth offense - Office referral
